Terms and Conditions for Online Sales
Please read the terms and conditions carefully before placing an order from jeremy rossiter art, and retain a copy of them and your order for future reference.
By continuing with a purchase it is deemed that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.
The terms of sale set out here apply to goods supplied by Jeremy Rossiter, ordered from the Jeremy Rossiter Art website at www.jeremyrossiterart.com. By continuing with a purchase it is deemed that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.
You must be 16 years of age or older to order from the website and by accepting these terms and conditions you are confirming this.
Jeremy Rossiter Art reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice to you in relation to future sales.
These terms do not create any rights to any parties other than the purchaser.
Orders and Prices
Jeremy Rossiter Art uses Paypal and Stripe as their online purchasing systems.
Jeremy Rossiter Art accepts payment by any of the credit cards shown as acceptable on the website at time of purchase.
All prices are shown in UK pounds sterling and are subject to delivery charges unless otherwise stated. These charges where applicable will be added on confirmation of your address and payment details and prior to the order being placed during the payment process.
All prices may be subject to change. Prices for specific works may rise as an edition begins to sell out.
The description and price of goods will be as shown on the website at the time you place your order. Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time of purchase. If an error is discovered prior to despatch of your order, Jeremy Rossiter Art will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling your order.
When ordering online your order will be sent to Jeremy Rossiter Art through Paypal or Stripe by email. You will also receive an email receipt to confirm I have received your order. Should you not receive an email please contact Jeremy by email.
All delivery times quoted on the Jeremy Rossiter Art website are estimates based on availability, normal processing and delivery times. I may deliver items from the same order separately but will charge for postage and packing as per the original order.
Goods ordered will be delivered to the address given when the order was placed, subject to receipt of an order confirmation email.
All work will be sent to you on receipt of payment unless otherwise stated on the website, or advised by email from the me at the time of purchase.
If there is no one available at the delivery address to accept delivery of goods, Jeremy Rossiter Art cannot accept responsibility for large goods that are returned to the post office and remain uncollected.
A signature will be required on delivery for couriered and special delivery purchases. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address for any order will act as proof that the order has been delivered to you.
Once the art work is considered delivered, responsibility for the work, risk of damage or loss will pass to you and you shall be responsible for insuring the work.
If I am unable to deliver your order within 30 days, I will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a full refund that will be paid to the credit or debit card with which you originally paid for your order.
Jeremy Rossiter Art is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any unavoidable delay in delivery of an order. Jeremy Rossiter Art is not liable for any damage which occurs to an order after a delivery has been made.
Ownership and Copyright
Once an art work is in your possession you may not publish or submit for publication or reproduction any image of an art work to any third party including the internet for any purpose. Copyright belongs to the artist Jeremy Rossiter. Images of sold paintings may still be used by Jeremy Rossiter Art for any future use including but not limited to advertising, books and other publications, social media and other web based use.
Jeremy Rossiter Art uses Paypal and Stripe for online payments. Paypal and Stripe allow us to safely process your credit card payments and complete the financial transactions as securely as possible.
Jeremy Rossiter Art is not liable for any unauthorised access to information supplied by you.
Jeremy Rossiter Art does not disclose buyer’s information to third parties.
In cases of goods that are damaged or wrongly supplied please contact Jeremy Rossiter Art by email.
Jeremy Rossiter Art accepts no responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit.
For your peace of mind I offer a seven day cooling off period. I want everyone who buys a piece of my art to be completely satisfied and to be able to make a purchase without worry. Once you have received the work you have seven days to live with it to make sure it is the piece for you.
If the artwork has been damaged in the post please keep all packaging and refer to my full returns policy below for further details. I aim for your experience of working with me to be as smooth and positive as possible.
Full Returns Policy
Original Artwork Return Policy
Please unpack carefully and retain all packaging until you have decided that you are happy with your purchase.
From the time you receive your original artwork, you have seven (7) days to decide whether to keep the work or return the artwork in its original condition for a refund.
I also require all returned artwork to be shipped out by the buyer within three (3) days after confirming with me that the work will be returned. So, if you receive artwork you’ve purchased from Jeremy Rossiter Art and are not fully satisfied, you have:
- Seven (7) days to contact me about your intent to return the work
- Three (3) days from the day you contacted me to ship out the artwork.
***Do not ship the artwork before contacting me.***
If you do not notify me of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying me, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.
How to Return an Original, Undamaged Work
- Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, please contact me with your order information and the reason for wanting to return the work.
- Step 2 – Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing similar packaging materials to send the artwork back safely and securely to the artist. Please contact me for advice if needed.
- Step 3 – Email to complete the return process.
Once the piece safely reaches the me I will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any). Damaged art work caused by improper packaging will not be refunded.

What to Do If the Artwork Arrives Damaged
- Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, please email to give me your order information.
- Step 2 - Save original packaging!
- Step 3 - Take photos of damaged artwork and packaging. Please email these photos to us.
- Step 4 - I will contact you to discuss next steps.
